Ms. Hou Min, General manager of Shandong Limao Tong Cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade Integrated Service Platform, recently visited the Embassy of Cameroon and held talks with Ambassador Martin Mubana and Economic Counselor of the Embassy of Cameroon. The visit aims to enhance mutual understanding and promote economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. During the meeting, Mr. Hou first introduced the industry and business environment of Liaocheng to Mr. Ambassador. Liaocheng, as an important city in China, has rich natural resources and a superior geographical position. In recent years, Liaocheng has been committed to promoting industrial upgrading and innovative development, optimizing the business environment, and providing investors with a broad space for development.
In addition, Ms. Hou also introduced to Mr. Ambassador the Djibouti (Liaocheng) cross-border e-commerce Exhibition Center that she operates in Djibouti. The exhibition center serves as a display window for Chinese goods in Djibouti, providing a platform for local consumers to understand and buy Chinese goods. Through this project, Hou hopes to carry out the model of pre-exhibition and post-warehouse in Cameroon, and bring high-quality products from Liaocheng and even the whole country to Cameroon.
Mr. Ambassador spoke highly of Liaocheng’s industry and business environment, believing that Liaocheng has shown strong vitality and potential in its development. He expressed appreciation for the cross-border e-commerce exhibition center project carried out by Mr. Hou in Djibouti, believing that this model will play a positive role in promoting economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
Hou said she hopes to set up a similar exhibition center in Cameroon to bring high-quality Chinese goods to the local market through the model of exhibition before and warehouse after. She believes that this model will build a more convenient bridge for trade between the two countries and promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations.
Mr. Ambassador highly recognized Mr. Hou’s plan and said that he would coordinate with the relevant departments in Cameroon to promote the implementation of this project. He hoped to inject new impetus into the development of bilateral friendly relations by strengthening economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
The visit laid a solid foundation for the cooperation between Shandong Limaotong cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade integrated service platform and Cameroon. In the future, the two sides will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation and jointly promote the development of economic and trade relations between the two countries to a higher level.
As an important country in Africa, Cameroon has rich resources and broad market potential. By carrying out the pre-exhibition and post-warehouse mode, Shandong Limaotong cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade comprehensive service platform will open up new ways for trade cooperation between the two countries, and will also bring new opportunities for Liaocheng’s industrial development.
In the future cooperation, Shandong Limao Tong cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade comprehensive service platform will give full play to its own advantages, actively expand the market, and contribute to promoting the economic and trade cooperation between China and Cameroon. At the same time, Liaocheng will continue to optimize the business environment, provide better services and support for investors, and jointly promote the continuous development of friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.
